Every session at Elite Function PT is one-on-one, you work directly with your physical therapist, not an aide or assistant. We take time for a thorough evaluation and movement analysis, then build a focused plan around your specific goals and activities, whether that's running, golf, lifting, or getting through the day without pain.

That depends on what you're dealing with and what your goals are. We'll discuss a recommended plan after your evaluation. Our approach emphasizes efficiency,  a small number of high-impact interventions rather than a long, open-ended schedule.

We're located at 632 Montgomery Ave, Narberth, PA 19072, inside Pinnacle Fitness and next to Julian Krinsky School of Tennis. Parking is available on-site. We serve patients throughout the Main Line, including Narberth, Conshohocken, Gladwyne, and surrounding communities.
