Manual Therapy in Narberth, PA
Your Pain Has a Source. We'll Find It.
Active adults on the Main Line come to us when joint stiffness, restrictions, or persistent pain is getting in the way of how they move and train. We use targeted manual therapy to identify what is driving the problem and build a clear plan around your goals.

Working Around It Has a Cost
It Keeps Coming Back Without Answers
Joint stiffness and restrictions tend to return as soon as activity picks back up. Without identifying what is driving the limitation, most people stay in the same cycle of short-term relief followed by recurring pain.
Your Body Compensates. Problems Compound.
When one area is stiff or restricted, your body works around it. Over time, those compensations place extra demand on adjacent joints and tissues, which often leads to new pain showing up somewhere else.
Rest Quiets It. It Doesn't Fix It.
Taking time off often reduces symptoms, but the underlying joint restriction or tissue limitation does not go away on its own. Most people find the same problem waiting when they return to full activity.
Manual Therapy Built Around What Is Actually Driving Your Pain
We do not approach manual therapy as a generic protocol. Your evaluation looks at joint mobility, tissue quality, and movement patterns to identify what is driving your pain — then builds a plan directly around what we find.

Common Questions About PT
Manual therapy raises a lot of questions. Here are the ones active adults on the Main Line ask us most.
Manual therapy is hands-on treatment — joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, and targeted techniques applied directly to restricted areas. We pair it with movement work to address what is driving your pain, not just the area that hurts.
In many cases, yes. After your evaluation we will help you understand what is appropriate at each stage so you can stay active while we address the restriction. We do not default to telling people to stop everything.
We are a cash-based practice. We accept HSA and FSA payments and can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. This model allows us to provide focused, one-on-one care without the constraints of insurance billing.
